Bupati Sayed Jafar recently handed over the Decree of Appointment (SK) to 99 employees in the Kotabaru Regency in Indonesia, who have been appointed as Government Employees with Job Agreement (PPPK) for the 2022 Functional Teacher Formations. The ceremony took place at the Jetski Teluk Mesjid tourist attraction on Tuesday (27/6).
During the event, Bupati Kotabaru congratulated all the educators who have officially become P3K personnel within the Kotabaru Regency. He expressed his hope that they would accept this gift and trust with gratitude and responsibility. Bupati Sayed emphasized that this trust should not be wasted, but rather utilized to the best of their abilities. He urged them to maintain honesty, sincerity, and excellence in their work.
Bupati Sayed also stressed the importance of maintaining a positive attitude and behavior, protecting their reputation and integrity as civil servants. He urged the P3K personnel to familiarize themselves with the rights, obligations, and prohibitions of being a civil servant.
Muhammad Yusuf, the Head of the Kotabaru Civil Servant and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM), added that this activity aimed to fulfill the positions that could not be filled by civil servants within the Kotabaru Government. The selection process involved several stages and resulted in the selection of 99 individuals for P3K positions. The participants included 8 Islamic Religious Teachers, 2 Indonesian Language Teachers, 2 English Language Teachers, 2 Guidance and Counseling Teachers, 2 Natural Science Teachers, 2 Social Science Teachers, 76 Class Teachers, 2 Mathematics Teachers, and 3 Physical Education Teachers.
Yusuf expressed his hope that the PPPK teachers would perform their duties based on their respective job descriptions and adhere to the principles of integrity. He believed that by doing so, they could contribute to fulfilling the motto of Kotabaru, “Membangun Dengan Amanah Jaya Bersama Ummat” (Building Together with Trust and Prosperity alongside the Community).
During the event, a cooperation agreement was also signed between the Kotabaru Regency Government and the Social Security Office branch in Batulicin regarding the optimization of the implementation of social security programs within the Kotabaru region. Additionally, the BPN Kotabaru Office presented land asset certificates that had undergone the certification process in 2023 to the Bupati Kotabaru, accompanied by the Head of the Kotabaru Housing, Settlement, and Land Office.
In conclusion, 99 teachers in Kotabaru have received their appointments as P3K personnel. This significant event highlights the commitment of the Kotabaru Regency to prioritize the education sector and ensure the provision of high-quality teachers for their students.
