BREBES, metro7.co.id – A number of members of the Saung Merah Putih boarding house in Klampok Village, Wanasari District, Brebes Regency, felt touched and happy. They didn’t have to go to Arabia to witness the remaining artifacts of Prophet Muhammad SAW themselves.
The members of the boarding house owned by Mbah Tarjo often shed tears of joy as they were able to witness the artifacts of Prophet Muhammad SAW up close. These historical relics of the Prophet that were brought to Brebes were part of the Artifacts tour from Jakarta, which travelled around Indonesia.
“Alhamdulillah, this afternoon we, the Dzikir Assembly of Saung Merah Putih, welcomed the Rombongan and Artifacts exhibition, with Habib Ludi bringing the relics of Prophet Muhammad SAW, such as his hair, Imamah, and his blood stains. Hopefully, this will bring blessings to the people of Klampok Village and the Saung Merah Putih congregation. Hopefully, we can gain his intercession,” said the Chairman of Saung Merah Putih Boarding House, Mbah Tarjo, on Thursday (15/6) afternoon.
Mbah Tarjo explained that the arrival of the Artifacts was accompanied by Al Habib Muhammad Sulthon Badar Al Habsyi, a Habib from Tegal, who briefly stopped by at their place.
“The Artifacts tour will then proceed to Habib Lutfi’s residence in Pekalongan to continue their mission of touring Indonesia,” he added.
Meanwhile, the head of the delegation, Habib Ludi, mentioned that in their previous tour, they had visited places like Sragen, Solo, Tegal, Semarang, and currently Brebes.
Ludi explained that the items they brought were directly related to the Prophet, such as his headscarf, hair, and beard.
“What we bring are items directly related to the Prophet, including his headscarf, hair, beard, as well as blood stains, hair trimmings, miswak, and the hair of the Prophet’s holy daughters and wives, such as Siti Khadijah, Siti Khatimah, and Siti Aisyah,” Ludi revealed.
Ludi hopes that through this tour, the public will become aware of the artifacts of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, which are currently making rounds in Indonesia.
“This is our first visit to Brebes, and we were warmly welcomed by enthusiastic crowds. They came in large numbers,” he concluded.
