Bupati Asahan, H. Surya, warmly welcomed the visit of the representative of the Indonesian National Civil Service Agency (BKN), Suharmen, who is the Deputy of Personnel Information System (SINKA). The event was held at the Bupati Asahan residence, on Thursday (4/5), and was attended by the Vice Regent of Asahan, the Regional VII BKN Medan Head Office, the Assistant, Staff Advisor, as well as representatives from government institutions, BUMN Kisaran, Puskesmas, Camat, and other invited guests.
The General Administration Assistant, Drs. Muhilli Lubis, as the Chairman of the Organizing Committee, reported that the purpose of this activity was for the implementation of the National Civil Service Information System (SIASN), the National Personnel Information System (Simpegnas), and MySAPK for optimizing personnel management, as well as socializing E-Performance in the Asahan Regent’s environment.
Bupati Asahan, H. Surya, expressed his gratitude for SINKA BKN RI for visiting and commended the various programs that BKN RI will implement in Asahan Regency. He added that Asahan Regency is committed to digitalizing the bureaucracy and this is one of the supporting factors in the effort to carry out effective, innovative, professional, and accountable government governance more efficiently.
The Bupati also mentioned since BKN officially released SIASN, which became the database of the ASN nation-wide, the Asahan Regency Government has followed up on this to be imposed by the ASN community in the Asahan Regency environment. He expressed his sincere gratitude to the National Civil Service Agency, who has supported the vision and mission of the Asahan Regency Government, especially in its priority program to build a digital-based bureaucracy through the implementation of Simpegnas.
Furthermore, the Acting Head of the National Civil Service Agency, Dr. Ir. Bima Haria Wibisana, who was present virtually, expressed his gratitude to the Asahan Regency Government for committing to accelerating the implementation of SIASN, Simpegnas, MySAPK, optimizing personnel management, and socializing E-Performance in the Asahan Regency environment. He revealed that Asahan Regency was also the first Regency in North Sumatra to integrate those applications.
The event continued with the Launching of Simpegnas and the signing of the joint commitment by the SINKA Deputy, Bupati Asahan, accompanied by the Vice Regent of Asahan, the Head of the Regional VII BKN Medan, the Secretary of the Government, the Head of BKPSDM, the Head of Kominfo, and the Head of Education.
Finally, during the event, the SINKA Deputy and Bupati Asahan also exchanged gifts, followed by a workshop and presentation by the SINKA Deputy Representative, Suharmen.
