BRI Cabang Barabai recently held its Panen Hadiah Simpedes event at the Murakata Barabai building on Sunday, May 21. This event marks the start of the second period of the year 2022, which runs from September 1, 2022, to February 28, 2023. The prizes were drawn randomly using a computer system and were witnessed by a notary, the police, the Kalsel Social Department, and invites from the customer base. The drawing process was also accompanied by live music entertainment that further added to the festive atmosphere.
The first prize consisted of three units of the Suzuki Address Playful, while the second prize had two units of the Suzuki Max II Elegant Premium. The first consolation prize was nine units of Sharp TVs, and the second consolation prize was nine units of Sharp refrigerators. One lucky winner was awarded the Grandprize: a Suzuki XL7 GL MT ZETA car, which went to BRI Unit Kasarangan customer, Rusminah a. The car key was handed directly by the Vice Regent of HST, Drs Mansyah Sabri, accompanied by the Head of BRI Barabai Branch, Yusuf Setiawan.
Yusuf Setiawan stated that Panen Hadiah Simpedes was one of the ways BRI could show its appreciation to its customers for trusting them with their savings. He also reminded customers to be aware of fraud scams that claimed to be from BRI, such as those that asked for money transfer for taxes as a prize winner. He explained that BRI would cover the tax expenses for the winners.
Additionally, Yusuf added that BRI Cabang Barabai currently has eight BRI Unit offices spread across several districts in the HST region. They also have 1,997 BRIlink outlets that reach even the remotest areas to provide various transactions. More than 4,810 QRIS’s are installed to facilitate cashless transactions.
Yusuf emphasized that the prize-giving was a way to show appreciation to all the customers who saved with BRI. He reiterated that all customers have a chance to win prizes by saving with BRI.
The Vice Regent of HST, Drs Mansyah Saberi, expressed his high appreciation to BRI Cabang Barabai on behalf of the HST local government. He acknowledged that the event was not just an occasion to give away prizes but a way for BRI to show its care for its customers who had been loyal to them. He hoped that BRI would continue to prosper and be trusted by its customers.
Several important figures in the community, such as Kusdiarto (Bupati’s General Administration Advisor), Rachmadi (Chairman of DPRD HST), AKBP Jimmy Kurniawan (Kapolres HST), Letkol Kav Gagang Prawardhana (Dandim 1002/HST), representatives from Kejari HST, the Ministry of Religion HST, and the HST Religious Court also attended the event.
