Bupati Tapanuli Selatan (Tapsel), H Dolly Pasaribu, and the First Lady of PAUD Tapsel, Ny Rosalina Dolly Pasaribu, recently visited two PAUDs in Tapsel to assess their conditions. The PAUDs they visited were the KH Ahmad Dahlan PAUD in Aek Sabaon Village, Marancar District, and the Sinar Harapan PAUD in Napa Village, Batang Toru District on Monday, May 8.
During their visit, Bupati Dolly and the First Lady of PAUD Tapsel delivered support facilities to both PAUDs, such as slides, swings, seesaws, learning media, and other amenities. They also provided aid in the form of cooking utensils and communal equipment to the Village Heads, BPD, and TP. PKK officials in Aek Sabaon and Napa Villages, which are among the TP’s PKK-affiliated villages in Tapsel.
In his speech, Bupati Dolly stated that one of the ways to improve the quality of education in Tapsel is to focus on all the PAUDs present in Tapsel. He emphasized the need for schools to compete with each other to improve their performance in their respective regions. Meanwhile, the stimulus provided by the government will be gradually provided, he added.
The First Lady of PAUD Tapsel, Rosalina Dolly Pasaribu, added that PAUD’s age should not be underestimated, and it is essential to observe the duration of a child’s playtime and ensure that they receive proper nutrition to support healthy, smart, and prosperous children in Tapsel.
Ernawati Siregar, the head of KH Ahmad Dahlan PAUD, expressed gratitude to Bupati and the First Lady of PAUD Tapsel for visiting and providing aid to their PAUD, helping their children fulfill their parents’ expectations. The parents present also thanked the officials for their support and hoped that the educational facilities they provided would encourage their children to learn playfully.
