Kepala Desa Hessa Air Genting, Muhammad Basri, along with the Chairwoman of TP PKK Desa, Ny Liana Sari M Basri, and village officials warmly welcomed the arrival of the Monitoring Evaluation Team of the Asahan Regency Development Assessment at Hessa Air Genting Village.
The Monitoring Team was led by Arifin Siregar, along with representatives from the Health Office, Air Batu sub-district officials, PKK representatives from Asahan Regency and the TP PKK from Air Batu District. The team visited Hessa Air Genting Village to evaluate its progress on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at around 10:00 AM.
Upon arrival, the Monitoring Team was greeted with enthusiasm, musical performances, silat martial arts demonstrations, and creative performances by PKK cadres from Hessa Air Genting Village, all of which took place at the Hessa Air Genting Village Office Hall in Air Batu sub-district.
In his welcome address, Kades Muhammad Basri extended his warm welcome to the Monitoring Team Evaluation of the Asahan Regency Development, expressing his gratitude for their visit. The Chairwoman of TP PKK Village and Chairwoman of LPM Village then presented an overview of all the activities and progress that had been carried out in Hessa Air Genting Village throughout 2023.
Following their presentation, Kades Muhammad Basri spoke and stated that, throughout 2023, they had worked together to perform the best activities and efforts for the development and progress of the village. He expressed hope that their village would be selected as one of the best villages in the Asahan Regency.
In his response, the Chairperson of the Monitoring Team, Arifin Siregar, expressed his immense gratitude for the warm welcome and hospitality shown by Hessa Air Genting Village. He was overwhelmed by the enthusiastic reception, the excellent music, and the silat demonstrations. He also shared that, after listening to all the presentations, he hoped that the best villages in the regency could be pitted against each other at the provincial level.
After listening to the speeches, directives, and evaluations from the entire Monitoring Evaluation Team, the event ended with a communal meal and photographs.
This event was also attended by the Chairperson of LPM Village, Kuswanto, the Chairperson of BPD, Khairul Azhar Butar Butar, the Chairperson of Imtaq Village, Ustadz Heri Lubis, TP PKK officials, village heads, Babinsa, and local organizations.
